Where we ship from and destinations<\/h2>\n<p>All orders from this website are shipped from Italy, including those to international destinations. We deliver to addresses served by the shipping methods available at checkout or agreed with us before you order.<\/p>\n<p>If no shipping option is offered for your address, email <a href=\"mailto:info@labottegadicasa.com\">info@labottegadicasa.com<\/a> with your country, postal code and the items you would like: we will check whether delivery is possible and send you a quotation if applicable. The absence of a shipping rate does not mean that shipping is free.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Shipping costs<\/h2>\n<p>Shipping costs for your order are shown before final submission, once you enter your destination, or in the quotation we ask you to accept.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shipping to the United States and Canada is free on orders over $500.<\/strong> Below that amount, the applicable shipping cost is calculated at checkout.<\/p>\n<p>Any additional services or promotional terms are specified before purchase. We do not unilaterally add transport surcharges after the contract is concluded. For customs charges, see section 5.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Preparation, dispatch and delivery<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Dispatch and delivery are two different moments:<\/strong> dispatch is when we hand your parcel to the carrier; delivery is when the products reach you.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>In-stock items:<\/strong> we hand them to the carrier within 10 business days of receiving payment, unless a different time is expressly stated and agreed before purchase.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Made-to-order, made-to-measure or personalized items:<\/strong> we communicate the preparation time and delivery information before purchase, on the product page or in the quotation, taking into account the work required.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transit:<\/strong> transit time depends on the destination and shipping service and is in addition to the preparation time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If workshop closures or holidays affect our timing, we announce this on the website before you order. For an order already placed, any change in timing is handled as described in section 6.<\/p>\n<p>If your order includes items with different lead times, we normally ship the complete order once all items are ready. If you would prefer to receive the available items first, just let us know: the cost of any separate shipment you request will be agreed in advance. A split shipment decided by us involves no extra cost for you.<\/p>\n<p>If you need your order by a specific date, for example for an event or a gift, please tell us <strong>before you purchase<\/strong> so we can confirm whether we can meet it.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Shipping information and address<\/h2>\n<p>Please make sure your address, postal code and contact details are correct. If you notice an error, email us right away: once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, changes may no longer be possible.<\/p>\n<p>To check your order status and receive the tracking number, where the service provides one, email <a href=\"mailto:info@labottegadicasa.com\">info@labottegadicasa.com<\/a> with your order number.<\/p>\n<p>If the carrier reports a failed delivery, contact us so we can work out the next steps together. Any reshipment and related costs, where due, will be clarified before we proceed, in accordance with your rights. A parcel that is not collected does not automatically mean you lose the full amount paid.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Customs, import duties and taxes<\/h2>\n<p>Shipments outside the European Union, including to the United States and Canada, are subject to customs formalities and may incur import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs<\/strong> and are paid by the recipient. They are collected by the carrier or by the customs authorities of the destination country, usually at the time of delivery. The amount depends on the rules of the destination country and on the value and type of the products, so we cannot calculate it in advance. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before purchasing.<\/p>\n<p>Customs inspections may affect transit times. If you encounter any difficulty, contact us and we will assist you as far as we can. This does not affect your rights in the event of late delivery or non-delivery.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Delays and non-delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Unless another time is agreed, we deliver without undue delay and no later than <strong>30 days after the contract is concluded<\/strong>. This deadline refers to delivery, not just dispatch.<\/p>\n<p>If delivery does not take place within the applicable time, you may ask us to deliver within an appropriate additional period. If that period also expires, you may terminate the contract and receive a refund of the amounts due without undue delay. You do not need to grant an additional period where the law so provides, for example if we refuse to deliver or if the delivery date was essential. All other applicable remedies remain available.<\/p>\n<p>For orders shipped to the United States, where the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule applies, if we cannot meet the stated shipping time we will notify you promptly and ask for your express consent to a revised date, giving you the option to cancel for a full refund. If you do not consent and we do not ship within the original time, we will cancel and refund your order within the applicable time limits. If we are unable to supply the products, we will inform you and issue the refund due.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Damaged, lost or incomplete parcels<\/h2>\n<p>The risk of loss or damage remains with us until you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, physically receive the products. The legal exception applies if you independently engage a carrier not offered by us.<\/p>\n<p>On delivery, we recommend checking the packaging and the number of parcels and reporting any visible damage to the carrier. If possible, keep photographs and packaging to help us verify the issue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accepting delivery without a written reservation does not automatically remove your rights.<\/strong> If your parcel does not arrive, contains the wrong item or is damaged or incomplete, contact us directly at <a href=\"mailto:info@labottegadicasa.com\">info@labottegadicasa.com<\/a> with your order number. Photographs are helpful but are not a general precondition for receiving assistance or exercising your legal rights.<\/p>\n<p>We handle the report and any remedies due; you do not need to claim compensation from the carrier first. The costs necessary to remedy a lack of conformity for which we are responsible are not treated as change-of-mind return costs.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Returns and refunds<\/h2>\n<p>Full instructions are available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.labottegadicasa.com\/returns-and-refunds\/\">Returns and refunds<\/a> page.<\/p>\n<p>For change-of-mind returns, where applicable, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods, which must be sent back to Italy. For defects, errors or damage for which we are responsible, the free-of-charge remedies provided by law apply instead. Refunds of the original delivery charge follow the terms on the returns page.<\/p>\n<p>If you wish to withdraw, please send us a clear statement: simply refusing or not collecting the parcel does not replace a withdrawal notification.<\/p>\n<h2>9.
